The Myilly Point Historic Precinct is a collection of four houses built during the 1930s and located at the northwestern end of Smith St in Darwin, in Burnett Pl. The elevated houses are known as Burnett houses and feature louvres and casement windows that allow regulation of ventilation according to the weather conditions. Within the Burnett House is a National Trust Museum where visitors can enjoy a relaxing high tea on Sunday afternoons.
